[담당업무] - As the sole HR member in Korea, responsible for one-stop services to provide HR support to full spectrum of HR function. - Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support, assist in candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding. - Identify most efficient recruitment channel and assist in employer branding enhancement. - Handle C&B including medical renewal and payroll operations. Verify payroll data and work with payroll vendor on payroll and taxation administration. - Maintain HRIS to ensure all data are correct and updated. - Act as the first point of contact for questions and issues on fundamental HR topics. - Identify and report employee relations issues. Provide and execute appropriate solutions. - Assist in creating a desirable working environment for employee. - Facilitate the implementation of Emerson programs and company initiatives in Korea.
[자격요건] - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. - Minimum 5 years of experience in all round HR responsibilities. Experience in multinational company will be an advantage. - Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, local labour ordinance & related legal regulatory, with regional experience is a plus. - Must have hands-on payroll operations experience. - Able to work under pressure independently and strong can-do attitude. - A good team player. Cheerful and energetic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate with people at all levels. - Fluent in Korean and English. Good command in Japanese will be an advantage) - Proficient in MS Office applications.
