[담당업무] 1) Operational Support to MD (30%) - Management of MD's schedule with support from agency for administrative tasks (e.g. travel booking, expense claims) - Communicate with the team, brand partners, regional offices, HQ and dealers in regards to MD’s involvement - Keep a log for external meetings and entertainment for MD to stay compliant - Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings with all relevant parties including MBFSK, AAP RO, DFS, board of directors, shareholders, brand partners, dealers - When required, coordinate and provide back-up for weekly Leadership Team Meeting (Management meeting) and take a minute and update follow-up action items to ensure that all business matters discussed at the meeting are right on track - Assist in other assignments as needed
2) Corporate Secretary (BoD & EGM):(20%) - Coordinate and arrange Board of Directors meetings and regular/irregular shareholder meetings with all relevant internal and external parties - Arrange all required documents including notices, minutes, presentations in a timely manner according to government regulation in cooperation with legal team - Communicate with relevant participants/parties to acquire required documents and signatures and maintain all relevant documents for a record - Prepare a quarterly salary letter and payment request for an external director(s) - Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings with all relevant parties
3) Corporate Operations: (30%) - Coordinate with Corporate Security Officer to secure the physical safety of office environment. Manage emergency evacuation plan and facilitate regular emergency exercise together with HR and building management (GA) - Manage the Corporate Business Crisis Management Process with cross-functional business insight; conducts Business Continuity Simulation and Business Cycle Management to strengthen crisis preparedness and minimize the impact of the crisis - Conduct Emergency call tree on an annual basis - Identify improvement areas in the Bill of Authority (BoA) and Company Chop Management and implement where necessary - Enhance policies and guideline in MD Office and contribute to identifying improvement areas and implement where necessary
4) Supervision of Personal Assistant (2 agency workers) (20%) - Provide guidance & training - Supervision of agency worker for daily operations - Pre-check for expense claim process of agency as a 1st checker
[자격요건] 1) Education - University degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Economics or similar 2) Experience - Professional 5-8 years of experience in financial services industry supporting the MD - Experience in matrix management reporting relationships - Experience in working as and within a team - Cross-cultural experience preferred 3) Specific knowledge - Good planning, organization and problem solving skills - Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization - Ability to create, read, analyze and intepret business information - Excellent communication and team-working skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent English speaking and writing skills
