    [Job Purpose]
    As a Korea Product Owner, you will either have end-to-end ownership on defining one or multiple product enhancements or find the next great opportunity that intersects the consumer need, channel priorities, and our growing core competencies. You will also be responsible for contributing our digital product strategy and finding other opportunities for Korea market.
    You will be working on very visible projects and cross-functionally influence Executive stakeholders.
    We’re looking for ambitious Product people who deal well with ambiguity and want to re-define how the industry approaches problems.

    [담당업무]
    - Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
    - Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
    - Develop new products of front and backend and enhance existing products
    - Document in the planning, development, design, and implementation of assigned program or
    product launch across development teams (IT, content operations, sales, marketing, customer
    solution)
    - Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation
    methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
    - Navigate and prioritize the numerous product development paths with a framework and
    corresponding justification
    - Excellent interpersonal skills to cross-functionally influence at an Executive, managerial level, as
    well as a front-line team level
    - Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities

    [자격요건]
    - Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other Master’s Degree preferred
    - More than 3 years of experience in service planning
    - Those with experience in planning and operating WEB/APP service
    - Those with experience in mobile UI/UX planning
    - Those with experience in platform (system) planning and back-end planning
    - Experienced project manager
    - Customer-centered service planning mind is preferred
    - Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment that has changing priorities and tight
    deadlines
    - Good verbal and written communications in English and Korean
